One of the second batch of saloons from early 1957 but with just a short life as the Mechanical versions weren’t made after 1959.

In a creamy pale yellow, the car is cheery enough and, apart from a few small chips, the paint has survived very well. The windows are clear and the wheels and tyres good. The Mechanical element works too so I am very pleased to have found this.

These are a lot scarcer than you might imagine. Furthermore, there are two variations: this one has the text 'PATENT PENDING' along the front axle. The other has 'MADE IN GT. BRITAIN' with corresponding differences in the text running lengthways.

This one is a fairly bright yellow-cream.
